Finished the unpacking scene up to the point of the "I feel funny" part , so expect some actual transformation in 0.5
Added a skip button, tweaked little things here and there, and polished a bit of the code.
Bug fixes:
Mouse should now show properly when click/move actions can be performed in all scenes ^^
---------------------------------
Note: Use WASD keys to look around. It works in every scene of the game!
Surprise surprise! Is this the "new" Tifa TG game? Yes! Will it have MORE characters aside from Tifa? Yes! Will I release updates regularly? Yes!
So, this is the rough concept of my new project. For now I've only implemented the very first scenes in the new "engine" I released earlier this week, but it is working great so far! Please check for bugs!
Hope you like it! And as always, if you want to help me to be able to work on this full-time and update as soon as possible, you can do so by donating for this project here: [link]
TGArtist... Your game is going OK, I suggest to first complete the animations first, then go to the interactive events and buttons and at the end color it. But all in all it's looking pretty well. Now, other observation is be careful of looping clips, I made a interactive car customizing app on flash and one of my primary issues was redundant coding or clips looping. Save several versions of your original code so you always know where the errors came. And most the important thing... don't worry if goes a bit different of what you thought it would be at first!! Good Luck!!!
I have a feeling this will be a very great interactive game. The ability to look around freely is amazing and so far the finished parts are great. I am very much looking forward to how this turns out in the end. The ability to add your name to the game is also impressive, as it adds a personalized feeling to the person playing the game. The story (so far) is great, and I can't wait to see how the story turns out in the future. Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into making this interactive game for all of us on Deviantart to see.
